Is Nicaragua Your Next Home? Find Out in 7 Days.

Our private Nicaragua Tour gives you an insider’s look at life, property, and opportunity in one of Central America’s most underrated countries. With a bilingual guide, a local attorney, and a small group of like-minded explorers.

Only 15 spots available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This Tour Was Built for People Like You

This is an education-first trip with no sales pressure or obligation. We designed it for people who want to see Nicaragua with their own eyes before making any decisions about relocation, retirement, or investment.

You’ll explore real neighborhoods, meet expats who’ve already made the move, and get legal and financial guidance from professionals who specialize in helping North Americans navigate life in Central America.

What Past Guests Are Saying

When I began exploring the possibility of making Nicaragua my home, I wanted to get a feel for the country and whether it was safe… I have since bought property and can’t wait to move. There is something truly special about Nicaragua, its beauty and its people.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Nicaragua Discovery Tour. The itinerary was great, but it was the time spent with the people that made the experience so special. I especially loved our time at Gran Pacifica, and made the decision to purchase. I’ve been back since and felt completely validated in my decision. Can’t wait to return this October.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a sales trip?

No. This is an education-first tour. You’ll meet people who live here, see the realities of daily life, and get unbiased information from an independent attorney. If you decide Nicaragua is right for you, we’ll point you in the right direction — but there’s no pressure and no obligation.

What's the accommodation like?

You’ll stay at four properties: Globales Camino Real in Managua, Hotel La Gran Francia in Granada (a gorgeous colonial boutique), Hotel Bosque Las Nubes in El Crucero, and Gran Pacifica Resort on the Pacific coast.

Is Nicaragua safe to travel?

Nicaragua has seen significant improvements in safety and infrastructure. Our guides are local, experienced, and will brief you fully before each activity. The areas we visit are well-established for tourism and expat living.

Do I need a visa to visit Nicaragua?

Most US, Canadian, and EU citizens can enter Nicaragua visa-free for up to 90 days. We’ll send you full entry requirements in your pre-tour packet.

What is not included in the price?

International flights, most lunches and dinners (a few are included — see itinerary), and optional activities like golf, spa, and horseback riding at Gran Pacifica. We’ll send you an estimated spend breakdown so you can budget accurately.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change. If you can no longer join us, you have two options:

  • Tour Credit: Apply the full amount toward a future Discovery Tour.
  • Refund: Receive a refund minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are subject to additional deductions for pre-paid accommodations and tour reservations.

How small is the group really?

Hard cap at 15 guests. This keeps the experience intimate and means you actually get answers to your questions — not a crowd waiting for their turn.
