About This Tour
From January 25–30, 2026, join us for an immersive 6-day journey blending the beauty of Nicaragua with the chance to secure your place in one of Central America’s most exciting communities.
Our past Tours proved people didn’t just visit Nicaragua… they felt it. The slow mornings. The electric sunsets. That strange little spark that follows you home and keeps tugging at your sleeve.
This time, it’s your turn. To wander cobblestone streets painted brighter than a postcard. To float in the Pacific as the sky folds itself into shades of gold. To see firsthand what life could look like if you owned a home or made a smart investment in Nicaragua.
Even Vogue is whispering about Nicaragua as the world’s next great escape. But before the spotlight burns too bright, you’ve got the chance to see it unfiltered. From beachfront homes to teak parcels, our goal is to help you explore opportunities that align with your lifestyle, values, and financial future.
Come see why this place sticks with you long after you’ve left. This Lifestyle and Investment Tour might just be the beginning of something you didn’t even know you were looking for.

Day-to-day Intinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome
Touch down in Nicaragua and ease into your journey with a warm welcome in Managua. After airport pickups, settle into the Hyatt and enjoy a relaxed evening. Drop your bags, stretch your legs, and let the warmth of Nicaragua start to sink in.
Day 2: Into the Highlands
Start your morning with an included breakfast at the Hyatt from 7:00 AM. At 8:00 sharp, we’ll gather for a welcome session, followed by an insightful residency talk with a local attorney. This is the real scoop from people who live here.
By mid-morning, we head out on a lifestyle tour through Managua. You’ll visit local markets, a hospital, and even a home improvement store. Think of it as your behind-the-scenes pass to daily life here.

After lunch (not included) at a favorite local spot, we journey into the crisp highlands. By late afternoon, you’ll be checking in at Selva Negra, a uniquely tranquil ecolodge tucked into the cool Matagalpan mountains.
At 6:00 PM, dinner (not included) is served, surrounded by forest and the soft sounds of nature.
Day 3: Forest Trails and Mountains
After an included breakfast at 7:00 AM, join an optional farm tour (not included) through Selva Negra and find all the ways that make this place breathe sustainability.
By midday, we’re pulling up chairs for lunch (not included) at Don Facundo, a spot locals swear by and visitors quickly fall for. A relaxed atmosphere with rustic beams, warm wood, and an effortless blend of tradition and modern charm. The menu leans into Nicaraguan flavor: smoky carne asada, rich gallo pinto, and seafood so fresh you might hear the ocean between bites.
At 2:30 PM, the road pulls us into the highlands. We’ll tour through Matagalpa or Jinotega, where the air feels cooler, the hills fold into endless green, and coffee farms cling to the mountainsides.
By 4:00 PM, we arrive back at Selva Negra. The evening is yours. Join an optional night tour, stay in with a glass of wine, or stargaze from your porch.
Dinner (not included) is available on-site from 7:30 PM.
Day 4: Granada’s Living Postcard
Enjoy breakfast between 7:00 and 8:30 AM before we head south to Granada, where colonial architecture meets tropical ease.

We check in at La Gran Francia hotel around 11:30 AM, then it’s lunch (not included) at El Zaguan and a breezy boat ride across Las Isletas at 2:00 PM. You’ll float through ancient volcanic islands, some with homes, others wild and still.

At 3:30, things get sweeter with an included, hands-on chocolate workshop. Yes, you’ll get to taste it along the way. Dinner (not included) at The Garden Café caps the day in one of Granada’s loveliest corners.

As the night falls, you return to the elegant La Gran Francia for a restful evening. The day’s adventures (from island explorations to crafting your own chocolate) make Granada feel like a world of its own. The city has welcomed you with open arms, and there’s so much more still to uncover.
Day 5: Gran Pacifica (And Your Future Home) Awaits
This day is all about transitioning from Granada’s rich history to the coastal serenity of Gran Pacifica. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM. At 8:30, we depart Granada for the coast.
At around 9:45, the day tilts toward wonder, as we will stand before Mombacho or Masaya, two of Nicaragua’s most iconic volcanoes. One cloaked in cloud forest, the other alive with the breath of the earth itself.
Close to noon, you’re checking into Gran Pacifica, your beachfront base where life slows to the rhythm of the tides. You will see the communities, meet the people who call it home, and explore the options available. Some choose a vacation escape, others a retirement haven, and many see a secure investment. The common thread is the desire to be part of a place that offers beauty, freedom, and a sense of belonging.

Lunch (not included) is served onsite, followed by a guided property tour at 2:30 PM, where the lifestyle meets the investment opportunity. You’ll wander past sunlit verandas and sleek modern homes where the beach is the backyard. Palm trees sway over golf carts parked in the shade, and the Pacific stretches out for miles.
This is where so many couples, families, retirees, and adventurers have already chosen to plant their future, and where you can picture yourself doing the same. A glimpse of the life waiting if you decide to claim a piece of this coastline for yourself, in the shape of one of our many charming, diverse homes, certain that we have something to fit your lifestyle, goals, and vision for the future.

By 5:30 PM, we gather for a traditional Caballo Bayo dinner (included), complete with cocktails. The evening closes with a beach bonfire and stargazing. Bring stories or just listen. The sky does the rest.

Day 6: Last Looks and Last Sips
The morning is yours. Walk the shore, swim, nap, explore. Breakfast (not included) runs from 7:00 to 8:30 AM, and you can book some optional activities at the front desk until lunch at noon(not included).
By 3:30 PM, we’ll leave Gran Pacifica for Summer Pochomil, where dinner means ocean views, fresh seafood, and Nicaraguan flavors best enjoyed with the breeze off the Pacific.
At 7 PM, we’ll make our way back to Gran Pacifica, where quiet paths, ocean breezes, and the easy calm of the resort welcome us home for the night.
Day 7: Farewell for Now
Your last morning begins with breakfast (not included) at 8:00 AM. One more cup of Nicaraguan coffee, one more slow moment before the road calls. At 9:30, if you’d like a little more time at Gran Pacifica, you can choose a horseback ride along the shoreline or unwind with a massage, both available with a 10% discount.
You came curious; now you leave with stories, a fresh perspective, and maybe even a few plans for what comes next.
