Position Summary:

ECI Development is seeking a passionate Property Sales Consultant to join our team of trailblazers. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients from around the world in finding their dream investment properties or retirement homes in exotic locales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in inbound sales conversations with individuals across North America who are eager to explore international real estate opportunities.
  • Provide personalized guidance to clients, understanding their unique preferences and financial goals to tailor bespoke solutions.
  • Navigate negotiation processes with finesse, offering expert advice on market conditions, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Proactively reach out to provided leads through phone calls and follow-ups, while also leveraging social media and real estate networks to generate new leads.
  • Foster partnerships with Real Estate Professionals to expand our referral network and amplify our reach.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate relationships with local real estate agents and communities to stay informed and connected.
  • Deliver engaging property tours and leverage your personal network to source new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a professional and charismatic demeanor.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media marketing strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with ECI Development’s product line and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.
  • Experience living or working abroad is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, internet navigation, and social networking platforms.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is desirable.
  • Strong professional writing skills required
