Alyssa Esquivel is Relationship Manager for ECI Development, Ltd., overseeing customer service with hundreds of shareholders during the lifecycle of their investments. With more than 15 years of experience in streamlining systems and improving organizational performance, she provides ECI’s equity stakeholders with a highly personal and responsive approach to assure smooth communication, informed decision-making and peace-of-mind.
Alyssa plays a key role in planning and executing ECI’s popular annual shareholder meeting which brings together the family of ECI’s equity owners. She also plans, organizes and attends more than 40 specialized events per year that support lead generation and partnership development with a focus both in retail and hospitality. Supporting partnerships for ECI across a diverse scope of industries in a continuing effort to expand the broad reach of our company.
For two years, Alyssa was ECI’s data analyst/shareholder relations coordinator where she analyzed pertinent data for current and prospective clients during their buying journey. Her skills were utilized by ECI’s leadership team for market intelligence and trends, database analysis and quality assurance.
Among her accomplishments with ECI are a completion of a systematic evaluation of previous event partnerships and potential future partnerships to ensure valuable investment, organization of equity stakeholder reporting and management process and effectiveness, and development of a comprehensive reporting system for effective decision making for management.
From 2010 to 2018, she was an executive and operations director for YWAM Destination Paradise in Belize, a college campus focused on leadership development in the next generation providing accredited University of the Nations courses in an adventure filled and vibrant community. Her work focused on staff health and wellness, conflict resolution, human resources, large group event management and liaison with government officials. She also served as campus registrar and internship director for a period of time. She served as missions coordinator and high school administrator in 2006-2009 for Santa Cruz Bible Church in California in the United States.
Alyssa is a 2006 graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and participating in a Semester at Sea program in international studies. Passionate about international living, and as a certified scuba and rescue diver, she has traveled and worked on every continent on the globe with the exception of the North and South Poles.
